Vasco Da Gama European Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations signed a Memorandum Of Agreement with the Faculty of Law Ho Chi Minh University on October 22, 2019. This marked the initiation of official cooperation between the two sides. The first group of students from Faculty of Law Ho Chi Minh University will come to Brussels to study in Vasco Da Gama European Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations.
